TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stand Up Drama are happy that you would like to join our workshops, and we hope you enjoy your time working with us. SUD deal with many actors every month through our workshops and London Bites so we ask that you understand we cannot look after you all individually. Please therefore read on to help you gain the most from your workshops, and make life easier for everyone!

1. Once booked, it is your responsibility to know the dates and times of your block of workshops. We ask you to check the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD before each class for any last minute reminders or alterations, missing information by not doing so is your responsibility.

2. Please arrive 10 mins before the start of class.

3. Whenever possible, please plan to stay for the entire workshop.

Participating for the entire session reflects positively on you, the individual, as well as the workshop.

4. Please bring a headshot and CV to each workshop to hand in to the casting director.

5. The workshops are not an audition and are in no way a promise of work.

6. If you need to cancel.

CANCELLATION OF BLOCK BOOKING;

 If you need to cancel an entire block booking- please do so 2 weeks prior to the start of the course in order to receive a full refund.  If you give one weeks notice you will receive half your money back. Cancellation after this point will result in loss of your course fees.

CANCELLATION OF SINGLE CLASS;

 We understand that occasionally work or illness mean you have to miss a class on the course. Unfortunately however we are unable to give refunds for single class cancellations.  Please do not ‘No Show’. Please give us as much advance notice as possible, via email to clare@standupdrama.com. Failure to make this courtesy contact 24hrs in advance, two or more times may result in you loosing your place on the rest of the course.

7. If we need to cancel.

We, of course want to avoid this ever happening, but if there should be unforeseen circumstances that result in a workshop being cancelled and no alternative offered we will inform you via the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD and you will receive a credit towards your next block of workshops.

Occasionally a casting director may need to alter or cancel. Stand Up Drama reserves the right to swap Casting Directors and/or their dates if the need arises. Any such alterations will be posted on the ‘WORKSHOP NOTICEBOAD’ with as much notice as possible.
