Dean then spent five years with the National Youth Theatre, appearing in 'Nicholas Nickleby', (Lyric Hammersmith, Lowry, Salford), 'The Three Penny Opera', (Lyric Hammersmith) 'Murder in the Cathedral', (Southwark & Westminster Cathedrals,) 'Miss Dorothy.com’, UK tour, 'Hanging Around', (Watch this Space - National Theatre/Kneehigh), and 'The Master and Margarita', (Lyric Hammersmith). Dean then went on professionally to play Baloo the Bear for the Royal Derngate Theatre, Northampton in the 'The Jungle Book', (Warwick Arts Centre), the National Tour of ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ (Bill Kenwright) playing the Baker. In 2006 Dean has been busy with a range of work including, short film ‘Outhouse’, the Young Vic’s ‘Tobias and the Angel’ and he is currently compering an event called ‘Platform’ every Sunday at the Gardening Club, Covent Garden. Dean is very excited and happy to be compering ‘London Bites!’
