Casting Director Workshops
Stand Up Drama is excited to announce the launch of its Casting Director Workshops. It’s our new initiative to get actors and Casting Directors working together. These workshops are aimed at all those with professional experience and/or acting training.
Weekly Casting Director Workshops -Twice a week
Workshops of up to eighteen actors led by a working Casting Director. In the class you will learn more about the casting process and be able to ask questions before the Casting Director pairs you up to rehearse a scene. You then perform that scene to the class and the Casting Director will give you feedback. Over 6 weeks you will get the opportunity to meet, work and talk with 6 different working casting directors. It’s informal, fun and a great way to put yourself in front of the people that matter.
Workshops take place at two venues:
