Casting Director Workshops - NEW
Stand Up Drama is excited to announce the launch of its Casting Director Workshops. It’s our new initiative to get actors and Casting Directors working together. We currently offer two sets of classes - Weekly Casting Director workshops and Intensive Casting Director Workshops.
Weekly Casting Director Workshops - Every week
Workshops of up to eighteen actors led by a working Casting Director. In the class you will learn more about the casting process and be able to ask questions before the Casting Director pairs you up to rehearse a scene. You then perform that scene to the class and Casting Director will give you feedback. It’s informal, fun and a great way to put yourself in front of the people that matter.
Intensive Casting Director Workshops - Twice a month
Workshops of up to eighteen actors led by a working Casting Director. In these four - five hour classes you will work more thoroughly on a specific aspect of TV, film or theatre and that casting process. See below for individual class details.
